A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time of making your booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your stay.

As the property contains a number of unique and valuable antiques we also require a security bond of $500 as a deposit against damage or loss.

Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 10am.

Sussex House is a non-smoking property and we regret that we are unable to accept pets.

Sussex House does not accept bookings for or on behalf of school leavers.

Due to previous issues with additional guests, Sussex House will only prepare the number of bedrooms paid for. As a rule, 2 guests = 1 bedroom, 4 guests = 2 bedrooms, etc.
